The Supply Chain Intern will assist with daily bulk supply chain operations, gaining hands-on experience in scheduling, fleet management, and safety protocols. This role offers exposure to corporate responsibilities, KPI reporting, and cost analysis, while fostering a comprehensive understanding of how various supply chain elements interconnect within the chemical industry.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
(1) Report Preparation and Meeting Coordination: Prepare reports related to bulk supply chain operations and facilitate distribution meetings, focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Daily Performance Monitoring and Sales & Operations Planning.

(2) Supply Chain Analysis Support: Assist in conducting supply chain analyses and address any ad-hoc requests from the team.

(3) SOP Review and Compliance: Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all supply chain operations adhere to established guidelines.

(4) Documentation Management: Maintain organized documentation related to operations, ensuring all records are safeguarded to prevent loss.

(5) Month-End Closing Activities: Participate in month-end closing tasks and prepare monthly accrual reports to support costing reviews.

(6) Master Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data through regular maintenance and updates.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Available for an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and performance.
- Having own transportation to commute to the plant site.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to supply chain operations.
