**Master Data Processing (Vendor & Customer)**
- Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
- Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
- Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
- Manages, analyses, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.
- Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of positive change in the Master Data function in the Company.
- Leverage on use of technology and implement cost-neutral process enhancements.

**Compliance and Internal Controls**
- Ensure full adherence to Company’s accounting policies, processes, procedures, authorization levels, and SOX controls.
- Ensure full adherence to document retention as per the requirement by regulatory authorities in the specific country of operations/ business units.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard Company’s assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the Company's financial practices align with industry standards and legal obligations.

**Service Level and Team Collaboration**
- Promote a strong service ethos to support delivery to agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Act as the focal point to ensure effective communication and resolution of operational related issues and decisions.
- Build long-term relationships with Company’s internal stakeholders and leadership team.
- Work closely with other operation functions to ensure seamless coordination of financial activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Team Manager and/or Team Lead.

**Requirements**:

- High proficiency in English
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree or work experience in SAP vendor and customer master. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant work experience is an added advantage
- An existing SAP Super/Key/Power User is an added advantage
- An excellent understanding of data management principles and best practice
- Expertise with global scale projects with an emphasis on data quality
- Knowledge of the important concepts in master data management and data standards
- Experienced working in a shared service environment with exposure to Radius is an advantage
- Possess a strong learning aptitude, curiosity, initiative, and willing to learn
