By planning and anticipating manpower requirement with Restaurant Management to ensure that restaurants are sufficiently manned throughout the year. 2) Conduct a minimum of once per month Q.S.C.E (Quality, Services, Cleanliness, Equipment) check and submit reports to Restaurants Management, Operations Manager and Franchisees. With the exception of East Malaysia and over-sea outlet whereby check will be conducted as per travel. 3) Monitor the training system for all levels of staff and ensure that correct training procedure are being carried out. 4) Works with restaurant management on the Yearly sales Forecasts and to do readjustments on a quarterly basis. 5) Approves monthly schedules, leaves and off days for management staff. 6) Approves monthly profit and Lost Statement, verify shift Cashier's Report, Daily Sales Record Book, Bank In Slip and other cashier related paperwork. 7) Approves performance appraisals for crew and recommend pay increases within the salary Structure Guideline. 8) Does performance appraisals for Restaurant Managers, ARMs and Supervisors twice a year and recommends pay increases. 9) Attend and monitor one crew meeting once a month. 10) Verify Petty Cash expenditure of outlets. ( Each claims should not exceed the approves allocation). 11) Perform Physical Stock Take for at least one restaurant per month. 12) Assist in developing and executing all Local Store Marketing (LSM) and assist in the execution of all the National Promotion. 13) Review all promotion and marketing programs and communicate achievement or follow up plan with Restaurant Management for more effective results.
