Assist Maintenance Manager in the day to day operation and general administration of the Engineering Department.
- Prepare duty roster for the Engineering Department.
- Schedules preventive and corrective maintenance and keep records to main proper control of them to ensure efficient and trouble-free functioning of all Mechanical and Electrical equipment.
- Details work to engineering department personnel daily and keep log of daily activity.
- Controlling attendance, absence, lateness, and discipline for all Engineering staff.
- Must ensure that Engineering staff understand instructions clearly and well informed.
- Responds to all Fire Alarms and performs duties of fire crew as required.
- Requisite and maintain record of Engineering store stock card.
- Perform general repair and maintenance, fabricate, installation, operation and preventive maintenance duties in regard to Electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, kitchen equipment, sound and MATV systems, sewage plant, gas operated equipment and associated systems.
- Ensure all works carried out should be in schedule and should fully comply with local safety rules and regulations.
- Record all utilities and machine readings and etc. per operation log sheet provided.
- Perform general routine inspection of Company’s vital operation machines, equipment and public lightings as to ensure smooth operating per schedule.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment's and all related engineering areas in clean and neat condition at all time.
- To perform any other duties set by the Company policy management or superiors and not included in the above job description.

Contract length: 3-24 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
