**The Role**:
**This role will report to the Regional Director, APAC**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Student engagement and activation
- o Supporting QS online or offline events in the region
- o Deliver in-person and online presentations for students and parents, to inspire students in curating their college aspirations
- o Counsel prospective students through their university enrolment journey
- o Work closely with regional leaders and colleagues to identify and stay on top of industry trends and new students’ opportunities

**Demonstrated knowledge and experience**
- 4+ years’ experience in sales and customer service within the international higher education space
- Expertise in institutions, admissions requirements, and visa processes for major study destinations
- Experience working with an educational agency and/or international institutions as a representative is a plus
- Experience prospecting and qualifying student inquires using local knowledge
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service to recruitment partners, students, and families
- Knowledge of the international education industry, local high school networks, local universities, and education agents in your territory

**Technical skills and qualifications**
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to work across cultures and languages
- Advanced English skills are a must
