**A) Job Responsibility**

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in a company’s IT & Software Solutions Department, which includes managing a team of employees or 3rd party vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. Manages day-to-day duties include:
1) Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals

2) Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports

3) Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees

4) Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities

5) Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget

6) Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

7) Conducting risk assessments for projects

8) Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

**B) Job Requirements**

2) Hands-on software development experience (JAVA, php, Flutter, ionics etc).

3) Proven work experience as account manager or assistant project manager. (5+yrs, experience).

4) Experience in leading a software development team (5+yrs, experience).

5) Natural enthusiasm and ability to learn cutting edge technologies.

6) Must be familiar and stay current with the industry best practices and trends related to software development.

7) Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.

8) Excellent time management skills..

9) Ability to work independently and within a team.

10) Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**C) Reports and Meetings**

1) Ensure timely submission of reports ie on weekly basis.

2) Attend all scheduled meetings or any other meetings scheduled by the company on time.

**D) Personal Development**

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,039.07 per month
