**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage system performance, tuning, and troubleshooting** to ensure optimal operation.
- **Handle SAP transport management, system monitoring, and security administration.**:

- **Perform system upgrades, patching, and kernel updates** to keep the system up to date.
- **Coordinate and collaborate** with functional teams and infrastructure teams to support business needs.
- **Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness** of the SAP environment.
- **Optimize database performance** and support SAP HANA database administration.
- **Manage cloud-based SAP environments** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and work on system integrations.
- **Troubleshoot system issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement solutions.**:

- **Implement security best practices** in line with SAP security guidelines.
- **Document system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions** for future reference.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in SAP Basis administration, with at least **2 years** working with **SAP S/4HANA**.
- **Strong knowledge of SAP Basis components, including system installation, upgrades, and migrations.**:

- **Experience with SAP HANA database administration** and optimization.
- **Expertise in transport management, system monitoring, and performance tuning.**:

- **Hands-on experience with cloud platforms** such as **AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud** for SAP deployments.
- **Knowledge of SAP security best practices** and user access management.
- **Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)** for system monitoring and administration.
- **Experience in handling greenfield S/4HANA implementation projects is a plus.**:

- **Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Excellent communication and documentation skills.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP S/4HANA System Administration.
- Experience in automation and scripting for SAP administration tasks.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices in SAP environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes related to incident and change management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
