We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our speakeasy bar team. This role requires someone with deep knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and guest experience. The Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional drinks and service in a cozy, intimate environment where attention to detail and storytelling matter.
- Prepare and serve a full range of cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages in accordance with house recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high knowledge of classic cocktails, craft mixology, and house-special creations.
- Provide an engaging and personalized guest experience — storytelling about cocktails, ingredients, or the bar’s concept where appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
- Manage bar inventory and assist in stock ordering, receiving, and rotation.
- Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop new cocktail menus and seasonal specials.
- Handle cash and POS system transactions accurately.
- Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere in line with the speakeasy brand experience.
- Participate in regular bar trainings, tastings, and team development.

**Requirements**:

- Possess charming personality and exceptional customer service skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Positive attitude and eager to learn
- Able to work evenings and nights (including weekends and public holidays)
- Previous work experience in a bar, or in the hospitality industry, is preferred
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits and liquors is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
