Restaurant Front of House

**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**: Greeting guests, managing reservations, seating guests, taking orders, and addressing customer concerns.
- **Order Taking and Transmission**:Accurately and efficiently taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen.
- **Service and Food/Beverage Preparation**:Serving food and drinks, ensuring proper presentation, and adhering to restaurant standards.
- **Table Management**:Clearing tables, setting tables, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
- **Cash Handling and Payments**: Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Communication**:Communicating dietary restrictions or special requests to the kitchen.
- **Teamwork**:Working collaboratively with other FOH and back-of-house staff.
- **Compliance**:Following all safety and sanitation procedures.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Having a minimum of 2 years service crew experience in a similar Hospitality environment.
- Have outstanding customer services skills who can adapt their approach to make our clients feel welcome
- Have a passion for hospitality and are looking to develop your career within the f&b industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Familiarity with the menu and beverage list, and ability to make recommendations.
**What we expect**:
- Work 5 days per week (including public holidays)
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Proven good tract of record work experience in a restaurant or café setting
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Enjoy working in food and beverage industry
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
