Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and HRIS entries.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Help coordinate training sessions, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and document filing.
- Respond to employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
- Support HR events, wellness initiatives, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
