Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall daily outlet operation and administration and ensure the implementation adhere to Company’s policies;
- Work closely with respective division for achieving sales target and outlet profitability;
- Ensure the outlet consistently deliver the highest level of customer service & brand experience to all customers;
- Partner with Human Resources Department to ensure staff comply to the Company Handbook guidelines;
- To manage payroll preparation of the outlet;
- Other duties which assigned by the Company.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail industry
- Possess leadership, excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and any additional language would be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
