**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise site staff, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical support as needed.
- Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in construction site management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
