**Responsibilities**:

- To Call & Negotiate with customers for payments & repayment plan.
- Make outbound calls to remind delinquent account holders about their overdue payments.
- To ensure payment dues are collected
- Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies.
- Manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of achieving targets for monthly collection, call attempts.
- To comply with clients rules and regulations
- Take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Applicants with or without experience may apply
- Good negotiation and communication skills are required for the position
- Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and MUST be computer literate
- Good listener
- Indian's are welcome

**Salary**: RM1,300.00 to RM2,000.00 /month

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
