**About our group**:
The Security Team creates, delivers, and updates strategic programs and investigative services; provides a secure and safe working environment; protects the company's assets; safeguards confidential information and investigates violations of company policy or criminal/civil law. Security is divided into specific sub-functions to address regional needs and global activities, namely: Physical Security teams are focused on facilities' physical security which encompasses people, facilities, financial interests, and site-specific investigations; Global Investigations; Global Programs, Systems & Projects; Global Supply Chain; Governance, Risk & Compliance; and Security Operations.
**About the role - you will**:
- Handle non-exempt/ support functions with general clerical and secretarial duties to support the Security operations
- Be responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors and answering generic queries related to the site & departments
- Operate the facility's main telephone system - calls will be infrequent
- Be acquired to have administrative job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks
- Work on assignments that are routine in nature, eg handling and sorting incoming/ outgoing mail, data entry
- Be assigned to certain projects that requires some form of analysis, eg sorting and evaluating simple spreadsheets
**About you**:
- Customer service oriented, leaves good impression with visitors/ internal customers & able to provide information on the company where required
- Able to converse, read & write in English & Malay. Ability to converse and/ or write/ read in other languages is preferred
Organized and meticulous
- Keen in continuous learning and upgrading current skill set for growth
- Certificate and STPM Holders are welcomed to apply
**Your experience includes**:
- Administration and data entry
- Customer service / Receptionist role / hospitality background
Assisting a team of security officers (added advantage)
