Position: Human Resources Executive

Salary Range: RM3,000.00- RM3,500.00

Reporting to: Head of Human Resources

Location: Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur (On site)

Overview:
A Human Resources Training & Development Executive plays an important role in ensuring employees are skilled and motivated. By identifying training needs and implementing targeted development programs, they enhance employee performance and.

In a fast-paced environment, effective training keeps staff updated on industry trends and compliance, improving customer experience and loyalty. This focus on development also aids talent retention, reduces turnover costs, and fosters a culture of growth, directly contributing to the organization’s success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning all types of trainings for the Group of Companies, inclusive of internal trainings, External trainings, and team bonding's.
- Ensuring all trainings that has been done and planned are all recorded accordingly in terms of costing, venue, participants and etc
- Ensuring HRDF funds are utilized, recorded and submission for payment to be done on a timely manner.
- To become a supervisor in training to ensure that all trainings are conducted smoothly.
- Carry out training evaluation form and record the respective responses for after-training sessions for all participants accordingly based on ISO requirement and to be documented accordingly for audit purposes.
- Collaborate and discuss with respective departments heads on the needs of training topic for their respective departments.
- Sourcing for suitable trainers on upcoming or future trainings topics to be conducted
- Other adhoc HR related matters assigned by Head Of Human Resources from time to time as when required.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and any other related course relevant to this position
- A minimum of 2 years of experience human resources related field is mandatory.
- Those with Training & Development exposure will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Possess a fixed mode of transport for travelling purposes when required
- Pleasant and easy going personality at all times.
- An extroverted person that is able to deal and communicate with anyone regardless of levels.
- Have the ability to be adaptable in a fast paced working environment
