Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant Order Management experience in electrical and mechanical assembly manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in production planning position Responsibilities: -Manage a team of planners in the day to day work release process. -Maintain Master Schedule and release work to the production floor to support it. -Develop recovery plans when needed to restore on time delivery goals. -Develop procedures to utilize the capacity loading features built into the ERP system. -Manages and coordinate customer's requirements. Eg. Demand Plan, Change Request, Evaluation, etc. -Ensure commit-ship dates to customers are met at all time. -Monitor daily WIP progress to ensure schedules are met. -Address issues when they arise to ensure minimum disruption. -Work with Purchasing department to continuously improve accuracy of production planning parameters such as lead times, unit of purchase, purchasing triggers, etc. -Prepare and submit status and performance reports. -Keep paperwork organized. -Collaborate with quality control, purchasing, logistics, sales and management. -MRB Team member. -To abide to all Company rules and regulations including awareness of Company's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies. -To read, understand and be in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and its related policies at all times. -To comply with the Company's Risk Management Manual, Policy and Procedures and related instructions including awareness and carry out the roles and responsibilities required under the documents. -To carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the company or any person(s) acting on behalf of the company.
