We are a small, privately run English language center for kids, and we are seeking an English Teaching Assistant to join our team. This part-time position offers a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, dynamic, and interested in a rewarding career in language education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in conducting English language classes for children.
- Support students with class exercises and provide individual attention when needed.
- Participate in interactive games and activities to engage and motivate students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop creative teaching materials and lesson plans.
- Provide feedback to students on their progress and offer encouragement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Enthusiasm for language teaching and a passion for working with young learners.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Creativity and adaptability to engage students through fun and interactive activities.
- Flexibility to work on weekends (classes are only held on weekends).
