i. Responsible and accountable for the overall broking operations of the Company including achievement of the Company’s financial and operational goals & objectives in accordance with what is defined by the Board of Directors.

ii. Lead, design, oversight and supervision of the operational aspects of the Business.

iii. Responsible and accountable for the management and financial performance of the business budget set as against the Company’s business plans and budget.

iv. Responsible for the overall operational activities, initiatives and client services.

v. Provide technical support including advice to all business units.

vi. Provide leadership and guidance to the business units in the day-to-day operations of the company.

vii. Manage and drive the business units in the performance of their business plan and budgets.

viii. Leading Company’s Information Technology (IT) plan, execution and operations.

Accountable directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for executing the company’s mission, overall strategy and business plan. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) demonstrates a solid understanding of leading governance and operational practices, and actively demonstrates skills required in working collaboratively with the CEO and Senior Management team. Within broad strategic guidelines, benefiting from the direction of the CEO and in close collaboration with the Senior Management team, the COO contributes to the successful achievement of the company’s vision and goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
