We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at EBRIC (Malaysia). **In the Operations team, we aim to**:

- Reduce friction and optimizing processes in business operations by streamlining and standardizing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer support to meet customer’s expectations of our products and services.
- Execute Business Operations in a timely manner.
- Support Cross-functional Collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day business operations.
- Craft necessary documentation for processes and procedures e.g., SOPs, forms, and policies to improve business operation efficiencies.
- Suggest improvements (processes or products) to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Identify and assess risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
- Respond and resolve critical issues.
- Managing documentation and data control system.
- Managing administration side of projects, and servicing project stakeholders.
- Support in customer-facing to provide the appropriate support to customers in a timely manner.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

**; Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-years work experience in operations field, preferably in the technology industry or Web 3-related ventures.
- Knowledge in general Business Operation Processes, preferably knowledge in technology/ investment/ commerce.
- Proactive and works well with mínimal supervision, forward-thinking to address problems promptly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and tenants.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Natural Curiosity and Openness to Learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities.
