**Responsibilities**:

- Plans, organizes, controls and executes a production schedule for a designated product. Develops production schedules based on actual and forecasted customer demand, product demand profiles and knowledge of the customer;
- Analyses inputs (e.g., capacity, board cycle times, urgency of request, material availability, etc.) to help determine schedule;
- Analyses internal impact (e.g., line scheduling, procurement, logistics, shipping, etc.) of customer scheduling and provide shipment plan to customer;
- Revises plans as required based on analysis of actuals versus plan/ customer demand fluctuation, priority changed/ad hoc material situation;
- Participate and provide input in capacity planning;
- Coordinates shop order releases and materials kitting requirements;
- Identifies parts shortages and works with appropriate people to expedite material/ kitting;
- Keep Track of production output and pack plan;
- Arrange and tracks shipments according to commit date to customer and identify of potential issues/problems and work on solutions;
- Coordinate & follow up with various department eg production, SCM, engineering, quality, shipping etc. to resolve operation issues & to ensure production schedule & shipment commitment is met;
- Able to drive production and processes to ensure key quality, output and efficiency are met;
- Able to communicate with the customer when there should be any issues pertaining shipment and planning;
- Able to take minimum pressure on work stress due to customer high demanding.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Degree in any related field;
- At least 3 years' of experience, in the related field;
- Preferably those with SAP or MRP experience & knowledge;
- Good in planning & communications skills;
- Preferred skills (s): Microsoft Excel & Words;
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
