Job description
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Assist to attend and participate in site meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure project views are managed towards the best solution. Assist Project Manager to facilitate the meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- To perform any ad hoc tasks related to the Project Coordinator duties to be assigned by project manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a Project Coordination managing or assist in project site’s management
- Good communication and interaction skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and multi-tasking
- Have familiarity with project environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
