**Position**: Global Tour Coordinator - Hotel Reservations Executive
**Location**: Menara Worldwide, Kuala Lumpur

**Join Our Global Travel Team**

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Global Tour Coordinator (Hotel Reservations Executive)** to support our international travel operations. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, coordinating with global partners, and delivering exceptional service, this is the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle hotel booking changes based on Sales team requests and update hotel partners promptly.
- Enter and manage hotel confirmation data in our internal system with accuracy.
- Monitor live booking dashboards to ensure bookings are confirmed on time.
- Respond to hotel-related queries and coordinate resolutions with relevant parties.
- Communicate effectively with hotel partners and MIKI offices for smooth operations.
- Share client arrival info and special requests with hotel partners as needed.
- Investigate and follow up on any hotel-related client issues, and prepare reports for internal use.
- Maintain updated records in shared databases and track ongoing cases.
- Ensure proper handovers and follow up until completion.
- Share hotel updates with internal teams for necessary follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Admin, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reservations, hospitality, or customer service.
- Fresh grads with internship experience are welcome.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience in reservations/data processing systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work rotating shifts and public holidays.
- Familiarity with European destinations is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
