JOB SUMMARY: Lead a team of QA Inspectors that performs daily quality assurance activities. Ensure that the QA Inspectors perform routine task in a timely manner according to established Quality Instructions. Assist Engineer in ensuring product quality conformed to customer's requirement and driving for quality improvement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage a team of QA Inspectors;
- Schedule and supervise QA Inspectors activities;
- Involve in the overall quality assurance and improvement activities;
- Assist the QA Engineer in raising Quality Alert on customer complaints and briefing QA Inspectors, Production Supervisors and Manufacturing Associates on the customer complaints;
- Assist the QA Engineer in performing Root Cause (RC) investigation and coming out Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for Source Inspection (SI) reject. - Conduct MRB meeting and purge activities as assigned by the Engineer;
- Perform weekly/monthly/when required process/line audit;
- Keep track and filing of records & documentation;
- Publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on quality inspection results;
- Maintain high level of discipline and tardiness among the QA Inspectors;
- Ensure QA Inspectors adhere to 5S and work safety in the company;
- Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs;
- Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: - SPM with years of experience or Diploma in relevant discipline;
- Preferably with 1-2 years' relevant experience in electronics manufacturing environment
