This position is known as HR Talent Operation Leader is responsible for managing and guiding the resume editing team to deliver high-quality service to customers. You will ensure smooth team operations, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. This role also involves overseeing training, performance, and development to achieve team and company goals.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high morale and performance. Address all team escalations within 48 hours.
- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee the production of resumes, ensuring they meet customer satisfaction and job-winning standards with zero errors.
- **Customer Issue Resolution**: Resolve 100% of customer complaints within 48 hours and handle 1-on-1 cases with customers who don’t secure a job.
- **Team Development**: Conduct monthly training sessions and ensure new hires are productive within 30 days, achieving 90% accuracy.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and report on team performance against key metrics like order timeliness, resume quality, and customer satisfaction.
- **Order & Workflow Management**:Oversee the workflow and order management, ensuring that all resumes are completed on time and meet the company's quality standards.
- **Liaison between Management & Team**:Act as the primary communication channel between management and the resume writing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational goals.
- **Reporting & Data Tracking**:Track and report on team performance metrics and customer satisfaction to management, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree of Human Resource, Business or relevant study
- Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, recruitment or related roles with a focus on resume writing, talent acquisition, or career coaching.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- This position is based in Bandar Utama, Damansara

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
