**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash flow records.
- Maintain general ledger entries and assist with journal entries.
- Support audits, both internal and external.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data and clarifications.
- Comply with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- At least two years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and SST is a plus.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
