**Role Summary**:
Our client company is based in Kuala Lumpur and actively seeking for a Payroll Accounting Analysts to their existing team. The main responsibility is to manage the payroll process activities and controls for a number of countries across the world.

We are looking for experienced Payroll Accounting Analysts to support various payroll process for Europe and Africa Regions.

**Essential Responsibilities: -**
- Reporting to the payroll accounting lead who covers the scope of payroll accounting for a portfolio of countries.
- Prepare the payroll register MJE from our various ERPs for the countries and legal entities.
- Preparing the analysis from our various ERPs to the compensation and benefits accounts including accounting policy implementations
- Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist to review and update payroll accounting processes.
- Work closely with external and internal auditors to assist in completion of audit deliverables.
- Engage and deal with payroll specialists and HR and other internal stakeholders for the regions.
- Handling communication with colleagues and the HCT payroll teams about data gathering and analysis and query resolution.
- Any other duties as required.

**Qualifications/Requirements: -**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience dealing in financial accounting
- Possess strong analytical skills with proactive mindset, with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good spoken and written English
- Ability to work both alone and as part of a diverse cultural team.

**Other Requirements: -**
- **Contract duration**: 4 months
- **Salary (Monthly)**: Up to MYR 5500.00 per month
- **Office based** - normal working hours.
- **Working Hours Per Day**: 8 hours
- **Working Days Per Week**:5 days a week
- **Location**: Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
