Responsibilities And Authorities (i) To perform the duties of the position according to documented procedures and work instructions. (ii) To be aware of Quality Assurance in all daily work activities and to follow the rules of Prevention. (iii) To report all Non-conformances and problems to your Manager on a Non-conformance and Corrective Action Report. (iv) Not to accept non-conformance and poor workmanship from fellow employees and your direct ‘supplier’. (v) To comply with Company Health and Safety Regulations and to perform all duties in a safe manner. (vi) To attempt to stop and to report all discovered unsafe practices. Main Duties 1. Perform Accounts Payable functions such as match creditors’ invoices with purchase orders, enter invoices into the accounting system, maintain vendors’ records and arrange vendor payment. 2. Responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset Register. 3. Oversee maintenance of employee time sheet system & payroll records. 4. Prepare monthly payroll submission & review all statutory requirements for payroll. 5. Complete monthly close procedure with mínimal supervision and prepare journal entries on GL activity. 6. Reconcile GL with sub-ledger activities and prepare set of accounts according to month end procedure. 7. Assist in preparing Flash reports for operations. 8. Assists external auditors, tax, and legal statutory audit.
