**Responsibility**
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes while promptly addressing guest inquiries.
- Manage and enhance the hotel’s social media presence, engaging with guests and promoting our services effectively.
- Compile and prepare various reports related to guest services and hotel operations to support decision-making.
- Accurately prepare quotations, reservation confirmation letters, and invoices in a timely manner.
- Handle administrative paperwork and purchasing tasks to ensure efficient hotel operations.

**Requirements**:

- At least achieve SPM education
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in **Mandarin **is preferred to cater to our diverse guest base.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content is highly desirable.
- Willing to work at Lenggeng, Negeri Sembilan**.**
