**Job description**

Warehouse manager
- Lead & Control to perform the investigation of the incidents and implement corrective action (if any).
- Lead & Control the plan of the warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, location & layout, DG requirement or any VAS to customer adhere.
- Develop proactive solutions to issues/problems when required within the timeframe/ schedule and lead preventive action on immediate basis.
- Manage & Control timely communication such as toolbox meetings, updates on variance, damages, or any incident at warehouse.
- Develop & Lead sourcing and develop new vendor/supplier base for any requirement.
- Monitor for incoming and outgoing container/truck arrangement plans.
- Lead and control the utilization of resources with proactive preparation.
- Manage & Control arrangement of manpower utilization and plan for their improvement of capability, knowledge, and skills with company growth.
- Ensure the smoothness and cost-efficient flow of operations that meets quality specifications.
- Manage and Lead on analysing capacity data and availability of equipment to determine operations processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
- Lead & Control completion of the project time frame and costs.
- Lead & Control how to minimize the cost while & maintaining the quality of the service.
- Manage and Lead to provide customer ultimate solutions by studying and planning strategies on market leading standards to suit customer requirements within company IMS and Authority approval.
- To Lead & Develop any available VAS can be advised to company to improve company growth and revenue
- Develop, Retrain and Lead subordinates with emphasis on building a competent and highly collaborative team.
- Manage & Control subordinates’ performance proactively through an effective Performance Management System.
- Lead & manage the subordinates’ development progress and comply with the company training procedures.
- Control owns and subordinates’ development gaps and establish appropriate development plans.

Requirement:

- Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- At least 8 years of warehouse & logistics operations experience, preferably in the logistics/ transport industry.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
