Telesales Executive (China Account)

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Mandarin Speaking (Handling China Account)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales practices is a plus.
- High energy, positive attitude, and perseverance.
