**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve the client's reported issues.
- Respond to clients' inquiries and maintain communication.
- Assist in system implementation and configuration.
- Document the system's configurations and client's customizations

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of ERP systems and software support.
- Good communication skills are required to interact with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with the retail system and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
- **Proficient in Mandarin (Speaking) and English is required for this role.**:

- **Open to meet fresh grad, however open to meet SPM holder who possess the relevant background**

Working Location: Taman Shamelin Perkasa, 56100, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

Working Hours**:9:00AM - 6:00PM ( 5 days per week )

Working Mode: On-site

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
