Are you passionate about driving growth and innovation in the Wellbeing CX sector? We're looking for a dynamic individual to manage our categories of Water Heaters, Air Purifiers, and Small Appliances. If you have a strategic mindset and a flair for planning, this role is for you

**Position Description**:
As a Product Management Associate, you will be responsible for strategizing and planning to accelerate the profitable growth of our Wellbeing CX products. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Forecasting & Budgeting**: Develop and execute category sales and P&L plans.
- **Promotions & Campaigns**: Create consumer promotions, sales campaigns, and channel offerings, working with sales to understand and meet channel needs.
- **Market Opportunities**: Identify local market opportunities using consumer insights and sales trends to guide future product development and validate business cases based on competitive analysis.
- **Commercial Activities**: Drive commercial activities, coordinating with the country commercial triangle for successful product launches and expanding distribution.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with the CA Product Line team for regular updates on category performance, setting commercial priorities, and planning quarterly actions, market updates, and promotional strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in product portfolio or brand management.
- Basic financial accountability skills.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Independent, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Passionate and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
