Working closely with Operation Manager to achieve sales target and in supervising daily operations of outlet
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
- Ongoing training with employees on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
- Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs
- Working closely with Restaurant Manager to achieve sales target and in supervising daily operations of outlet
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion
- Ensuring restaurant cleanliness at top notch and safe working environment
- Expediting customers’ orders as needed and maintaining good relationship with customers
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conducting regular inspection of the restaurant kitchen, beverage & sushi stations to ensure proper standard of hygiene and sanitation are maintained

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- F&B environment: 2 years (preferred)
