We would like to offer placement for degree graduates (fresh or with 1 or 2 years working experience) to join us as PROTEGE Trainee within our multi-department. Pronative Resources Sdn. Bhd. provides hospitality services including healthcare cleaning, clinical waste management and hospital linen supply.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assist in overseeing and coordinating site activities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Assist in managing general workers at the site, including arranging worker cleaning schedules.
- Assist to communicate and liaise with suppliers, team members, and clients for project updates and address any concerns.
- Maintaining site documentation such as daily reports, site diaries, and material records.
- Attend site and project meetings as required.
- Providing support to the immediate Manager and Supervisor within the department as to foster a productive and collaborative working environment

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Malaysian citizen only
- Bachelor degree holders in any related fields
- Proactive, team oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to efficiently resolve issues
- Willing to relocate as and when required
- Have an experience preferably in hospitality / cleaning service (would be an advantage)
