Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Location: Kuala Lumpur
**Responsibilities**:
- To plan, formulate strategies and lead the Sales team in sustaining existing market and penetrate new market.
- To market the company’s products and services to the Clients, Consultants, Architects and all interested parties.
- To attend to Clients’ requirement and thereafter to provide AV-IT design proposals that meet the requirement.
- To furnish tender document, prepare quotations, bill of quantities, drawings and getting them ready for presentation to the Clients.
- To maintain close working relationship with the Clients, Consultants, Architects etc and continually provide pre-sales & post-sales supports, product updates, technology advancement information, AV market trends, changes and new demands.
- To work closely with internal project and technical team to ensure AV-IT system installed in projects are in optimal performance achieving Customers’ satisfaction.
- To work closely with the management to develop Sales plans, market approach and revenue target.
**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Audio Engineering or equivalent.
- Sales Manager - Minimum five years working experience in related field.
- Possess good understanding on Audio Visual - IT products, AV Control system and system integration techniques.
- Understand customers’ needs with ability to innovate customer value proposition.
- Customer-driven, result-oriented, strong networking with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia, MS office software, technology savvy and possess CIDB Green card for construction personnel.
