**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to supervise and manage boutique.
- Oversee financial reporting.
- Hire and provide training to floor staff.
- Plan and grow boutique revenues.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Ensure all relevant reports and documents are submitted timely.
- Ensure all events and promotion activities are well planned.
- Ensure execution of transaction.
- Ensure a systematic and efficient administration of the showroom.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of work experience in the related field i.e fashion retail industry.
- **Must have** experience in managing boutique/branch/showroom.
- Excellent leadership and organizational planning skills.
- Possess the drive to achieve target
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
