Key Account Manager, Fmcg/telco

Manage distributor performance by working closely and managing portfolio in the respective areas/regions;
- Provide system support to distributor
- Provide trade marketing support
- Plan, lead, execute and monitor effectiveness of Indirect Channel sales strategy
- Continue deepening dealers' loyalty
- Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence;
- Effectively lead, drive, coach and manage team productivity, communication and projects assigned;
- Manage inter-departmental requirements and communication in order to meet sales objectives
- Accountable for dealership management to ensure quality and productive contribution
- Overall responsible on the signup of new dealerships
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 6 to 8 years' experience in FMCG/Telco related environment with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales team management
- Excellent communication skills
- able to travel moderately
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
