1. Customer Service Import
- Monitor and coordinate arrivals/shipments, process documentation as well as coordinate with a various internal department on shipping activities and arrival.
- To ensure proper documentation process and release of electronic delivery order (EDO) upon received the arrival notice from shipping line before vessel arrival.
- To liaise with customers, ports, shipping lines, depot, agents on the shipping arrangement and documentation preparation.
- To assist in declaration for K1 & ZB online system.
- To handle and resolve all customer complaints / inquiries via mail or phone in a timely.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by Head of Department or Management.

2. Customer Service Export
- Monitor and coordinate shipments, process documentation as well as coordinate with a various internal department on shipping activities.
- To ensure proper documentation process custom clearance and make sure custom paper release.
- To liaise with customer, ports, shipping lines, depot, agents on the shipping arrangement and documentation preparation.
- To assist in declaration for K2, K3 & ZB online system.
- To handle and resolve all customer complaints / inquiries via mail or phone in a timely.

3. Customer Service Haulage
- To prepare Request of Transport (ROT) for import and export deliveries.
- to execute the daily haulage operation effectively and efficiently by handling the communication in order to meet the customers' requirements.
- To attend queries on the status of the containers and update the customers accordingly.
- To update container movement into system and submission of closed job task for invoicing purpose in a timely manner.
- To cross check vendor invoice in order after job completed.
- Any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time by the Head of Department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
