IT Graduate Trainee

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the resolution of tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct level 1 checks related to receiving and ordering processes, promotional activities, IBT issues, shelf label printing, HHT issue, and any hardware issues before initiating escalation.
- Perform level 1 checks for store that having stock take on that day.
- Act as the point of contact for critical P1 and P2 cases with business impact, triggering support team engagement.
- Provide daily reports on resolved and outstanding tickets.
- Handle incoming support calls and inquiries.
- Perform daily checks on Saturn and TP recovery.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of TP vs. SAP.
- Perform daily stock take checks in the store.
- Daily upload of sales data for landlords.
- Troubleshoot End of Day (EOD) and Start of Day (SOD) procedures.
- Weekly reconciliation checks on Recon ECOM.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
