Disruption Training Planner

**Business Objectives**
- ** Ensure on-going optimal use of the training activities and resources**
- ** Ensures conformity of crew members to training and recurrency requirements**
- ** Ensure disruptions to training are recovered and addressed in an expeditious and compliant manner as appropriate**
- ** Ensure transparent management of crew resource**
- ** Liaise with own and third party training facility and service providers to ensure availability of required resources to meet the training requirements of the Group**
- ** Monitor day-to-day live operations to review and proactively manage any impact on training activities**

**Primary Accountabilities**
- ** Work within a team responsible for the crew training schedule management across the Group of AOC’s**
- ** Allocate training resources and activities in line and within manpower targets on a daily basis to ensure optimal distribution and availability of flying crew to cover the operations**
- ** Escalate resourcing issues ahead of time to allow for adequate response across the bsuiness**
- ** Secure and manage bookings of internal and external training resources including manpower, facilities, simulators, etc**
- ** Ensure crew remain qualified without loss of productivity through any form of qualification on conformity**
- ** Continuously track crew compliance to ensure a full audit trail and corrective action where necessary.**
- ** Communicate changes in training activities to concerned crew members within the crew contact protocol**
- ** Update qualifications etc within AIMS as appropriate**
