Job Description: As a caregiver at Maya Senior Care Sdn. Bhd., you will play an important role in providing physical, emotional, and social support to the residents at Maya Senior Care Sdn. Bhd.
You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
**Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care.
- Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing the elderly care facility.

- Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably in an elderly care environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Physical stamina and strength to assist residents with mobility and self-care tasks.
- Basic understanding of elderly care principles and practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving is an advantage.
- Clear criminal background check and reference checks.
