**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the QAQC function for ELV projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
- Manage and guide the QAQC team while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and document quality processes and inspection procedures for ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PA, BMS, etc.).
- Conduct inspections, audits, and system testing to verify installation quality and compliance with specifications.
- Analyze workflows and project execution to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed QAQC reports, inspection records, and test documentation for compliance and handover.
- Escalate major quality issues, recommend corrective measures, and monitor implementation.
- Ensure final deliverables meet contractual, customer, and regulatory standards before handover.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field**.
- Minimum **5 years of QAQC experience** in ELV/MEP projects, with proven leadership in structured cabling, security, or building services systems.
- Familiar with international standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ISO/IEC) and testing tools (Fluke, OTDR).
- Quality certifications such as **ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA** are an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and client management abilities.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.
