We offer competitive salary and benefits, as well as a working environment where you’re valued as part of the team. - excluding partnerships **Key Responsibilities** - Promote the firm's brand, products and services to new and existing clients. - Consulting with clients: Ascertain client investment and funding needs. - Carry out client's instructions to execute transactions with BNPP trading professionals and book client side in trade capture system. - Work with operational support functions to facilitate/monitor the settlement process. - Provide analysis and modeling expertise, and support new product development. - Provide clients with market data, prices and other factual Information: also agreed comment/analysis generated by the firm e.g. market, sector or company research. - As appropriate liaise with relevant internal risk functions: Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk Management. - Attend relevant training courses to maintain appropriate regulatory, product and technical skills. - Maintain open communication with team and direct line management to fulfill firm notification requirements and pass on client concerns. - Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework. - Address the needs of our clients in an open and responsible manner, with the highest standards of compliance, ethics and fairness. Full adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements. - Make a direct contribution to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework including the maintenance of good working relationships and open communication channels with all control functions. **Requirements**: - Possess PPKM (Persatuan Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia) license to be qualified as an authorized dealer. - Maintain PPKM licensing as an ERP (Employee Registered Persons) with SC (Securities Commission Malaysia) by meeting CPE (Continuing Professional Education) requirement - Teamwork - Possess reliable and responsible approach to work with a team spirit to ensure soundness of overall operations. - Effective communication - Maintain fluid communication with other team members and keep all business partners in the loop of any changes - Integrity -Act with due skill in a fair and reasonable manner that contributes to the maintenance of a fair and orderly market. - Attend relevant regulatory and products/ skill training and keep up-to-date with market issues. **Primary Location**: MY-14-Kuala Lumpur **Job Type**: Standard / Permanent **Job**: SALES DEVELOPMENT **Education Level***: Bachelor Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years) **Experience Level***: At least 7 years
