**What is an Influencer Specialist?**
An Influencer Specialist is an integral role within any influencer marketing campaign. You are someone who is deeply well-versed in Instagram and TikTok. From the latest viral challenges to the up-and-coming trends, you are skilled in the fast-paced world of social media. Influencer Specialists are also someone who manages the communication with social media creators, personalities and influencers for campaigns. At the same time, help to nurture relationships between our clients, influencers and the Influencer Specialist themselves. You would be an expert in all things influencers and social media as well as being the key liaison between the influencers and our clients.
**The Primary Responsibilities of an Influencer Specialist**:
- You will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns in Facebook,Instagram & Tiktok.
- You will analyze campaign performance across online channels and provide insights for account/campaign structure consolidation as well as identify successes and areas for improvements.
- You will build and maintain relationships and effectively communicate ideas and relevant information to all parties involved.
- You will be working with clients to find the right approach and align objectives.
- You will identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate rates and agreements.
- You will collaborate with the Strategy. & Servicing Team to provide analysis of historical data and relevant trends that will allow us to produce winning influencer marketing strategies for our clients.
- You will be monitoring all accounts assigned to you on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis to identify opportunities to retain the clients and scale further.

- Ability to manage multiple people and influencers
- Good knowledge in social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and YouTube
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers
- Ability to build connections and network
- Ability to identify appropriate social media influencers based on industry, target audience, influencer contents and their following
- Capable in improving influencer marketing campaign performance
- Ability to collate, organize, and analyze marketing data
- Ability to grasp and forecast trends in the digital sphere
- Capable in building reports and providing additional insights
- Excellent communication, multitasking, problem solving, analytics and organizing skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Highly professional, with great initiatives and independent
- Ability to be agile, and adaptable to execute other ad hoc related tasks whenever required

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
