**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent service and keep the Boost spirit alive every day.
- Manage daily store operations — from opening to closing — ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Handle stock control, inventory ordering, and cash management with accuracy.
- Drive sales growth and meet performance targets through teamwork and customer engagement.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to build a strong, motivated crew.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and food safety standards.
- Foster a fun, positive, and high-energy workplace culture.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in retail or F&B management (juice bar, café is a plus).
- A natural leader who can inspire, communicate, and connect with the team.
- Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about operations and customer experience.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive energy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
