**Job Title: IT Test Manager**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Testing Strategy & Planning**
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts across multiple systems.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
- Define test activities and scope in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

**Testing Execution & Quality Control**
- Oversee test execution to ensure conformance to business and technical requirements.
- Track, report, and resolve bugs/defects using JIRA.
- Ensure testing meets defined quality benchmarks, timelines, and budget.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and vendors.
- Facilitate walkthroughs and testing reviews.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and resolution plans effectively.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain detailed test documentation including test results, variance reports, and sign-off documents.
- Update process documentation and testing artifacts.

**Issue Resolution**
- Monitor issue resolution and coordinate with teams to ensure timely fixes.
- Maintain transparency with progress updates and root cause analysis.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science or related field.
- **7+ years** of experience in software testing, with proven expertise in test planning and execution.
- **3+ years** in test process design for SIT & UAT phases.
- Strong experience with **JIRA** and **manual testing**.
- Knowledge of investment systems is a plus.
- Testing certification (e.g., **ISTQB/CTFL**) is an added advantage.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Testing certification (e.g., ISTQB/CTFL): 3 years (preferred)
- software testing: 4 years (required)
- Test planning and execution.: 5 years (preferred)
- test process design for SIT & UAT phases: 3 years (preferred)
- Manual testing: 3 years (preferred)
- JIRA: 2 years (required)
