**IMMEDIATE VACANCY**
- Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh_
- Generate DO / Invoice / GRN
- Communicate with salesmen, customer and admin team on customers’ order arrangement
- Job performs as General Admin - Sales with basic account experience
- To provide support function on general office administration
- Maintain / Deal and serve existing customers
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by superior.
- Training provided
- Chinese (preferred)
**Requirements: -**
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Attention to detail accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiar with Accounting Software (AutoCount) or other relevant System
- Time management
- Min SPM or equivalent
- Time management
- Good command of Chinese & Malay (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy (Proficient in Ms Excel)
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in administrative tasks and manufacturing operation will be added advantage
- Attention to detail accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
**Working Hours**:
- Monday - Friday
- 8.00am - 6.00pm
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
**Benefits**:

- Yearly bonus
