The Admin Assistant job requires following
Responsibilities will include:

- Provide good customer support to the customer
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Handle requests and queries accurately and efficiently
- Handle the communication correspondence and provide administrative support
- Assist with operational tasks and other related duties as required
- Undertake other duties as assigned from time to time
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Attentive to details
- Have good communication skills in English. Well versed in Mandarin/Hindi is an advantage
- Be organized and efficient
- Be personal, polite and professional
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Demonstrate good overall computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
