Manage service providers on day-to-day activities relating to Change Request Management and occasionally SLA and invoicing matters according to the agreed contract terms & conditions.
- Chair regular review performance meeting with service providers and AIA stake holders
- Monitor, improve and drive CR performance for IBM, Microsoft & BT
- Monitor and ensure all deliverables are delivered by all service providers according to schedules
- Oversee Change Request progress to ensure they are properly handled according to established procedures
- Ensure all delivered Change Requests, infrastructure commodity consumption usage, and services credits from SLA measurement are properly reflected in monthly invoices from services provider
- Monitor any service improvement plan and ensure regular progress from all related parties
- Administer and coordinate all service proposals (Service Change Requests) with the service provider to fulfill business users’ requests, from request initiation to proposal sign-off
- Provide assistance to conduct analysis of the Service Change Request process performance and implement improvements to the process
- Work with Finance team to ensure all delivered Change Requests, infrastructure commodity consumption usage, and services credits from SLA measurement are properly reflected in monthly invoices from services provider
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to uplift and improve Service Change Request Process
- Oversee and manage internal allocation of Change Request associated costs
- Drive service provider for results based on performance achievements
- Provide management support in terms of data analysis, trends and reporting for SLA and billing.
- Maintain related documentation and perform regular updates
- Ensure AIA company standards and procedures are followed
- Service level attainment of the responsible service provider
- Customer satisfaction score from internal Stakeholders
- Change Request processing effectiveness
- Internal financial allocation of Service Change Request costs.
- Job Requirements:
- At least 6 years working experiences from services provider or areas related to contract management-
- Previous proven working experiences in outsourcing contract services management or services delivery is a must.-
- Previous working experiences in working under matrix organization and people in multiple countries is a must.-
- Experience in handling invoicing and financial matters is a must-
- Solid background in contract management, project management, or service delivery is preferred.-
- University Degree major in Information Technology or equivalent-
- Good presentation and communication skills - good command of English-
