**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Support Sales Team by creating various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Mudah
- Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.
- Ensure every content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Manage company's social media accounts.
- Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.
- Ability to work with creative tools like Photoshop etc.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Good understanding of social media ads.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic customer service skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Experienced in Social Media Job Role or a Sales Role.
- Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past will be an advantages.

**Benefit**:

- Salary: RM1,500- RM3,000.00 per month
